What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects or damaged products. Note: A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Hygiene products like knee caps and collars are non-returnable once opened.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days in metro cities and 5-8 days for other regions. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email and WhatsApp.
Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1500 (Rupees Fifteen Hundred). For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept all major online payments, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) currently.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order in the "My Orders" section of your profile. Additionally, a direct tracking link is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp as soon as the package is dispatched.
Are your medical products certified?
Absolutely. All VCOR Healthcare products are manufactured under strict quality controls and are ISO and CE certified, ensuring they meet professional clinical standards.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support immediately for urgent cancellations.
What is the step-by-step process for returning an item?
To ensure a smooth return and refund, please follow these steps:
- Record Video: Record a clear, uncut unboxing video from the moment you start opening the package seal.
- Login: Go to your VCOR account and navigate to "My Orders".
- Initiate Return: Click on the "Return Item" button next to your order.
- Upload Video: Fill in the reason for return and upload your unboxing video as proof.
- Approval: Our quality team will review your video within 24-48 hours.
- Pickup & Refund: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup, and your refund will be processed after the item reaches us.
*Important: Requests without a proper unboxing video will be automatically declined.
