At VCOR Healthcare, we strive for perfection. Please read our updated guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To maintain high standards of service and prevent fraudulent claims, we have implemented the following mandatory requirement:

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO:

It is compulsory to record a continuous unboxing video of the package from the moment you start opening the seal until the product is fully inspected. Return or exchange requests will NOT be accepted without a valid unboxing video in case of damage, missing items, or wrong products.

Return is accepted only if:
  • The product is found defective or damaged in the unboxing video.
  • The product received is different from your order (verified by video).
  • The product has inherent manufacturing defects.

Note: Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with are strictly non-eligible for return. Due to hygiene and medical safety protocols, items like Cervical Collars, Knee Supports, and Braces cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Refund Policy

Since we only accept advance payments, your refund will be processed directly to your source account once the return is verified and received by us.

  • Verification and processing take 5-7 working days after the product reaches our facility.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by VCOR Healthcare.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without a proper unboxing video.
  • Medical hygiene products with opened packaging.
  • Customized or specially manufactured orthopedic solutions.
  • Products with missing original tags, manuals, or accessories.
  • Damage caused by improper customer handling or misuse.
